Make your own herbal liqueur - Herb and spice mix "Starka", 15g
A classic herbal liqueur. The name comes from the word "starij", which means aged. Its origins date back to the 15th century. The drink has a light brown color and ideally a slightly burning taste with rye notes and a complex aroma. Citrus notes harmonize with the pronounced taste of aged oak and a mild coffee aftertaste. Simple method and a good result in just 15 days.Preparation:
- Pour the contents of the packet into 1.5 liters of vodka, or another high-proof drink of 40%
- Keep it in a dark place for 10 days
- Shake once a day during the process
- Then filter the mixture
- Add a tablespoon of sugar (15-20 g), stir until it is completely dissolved
- Place in a dark place and leave to rest for 3 days
- Dilute to 3 liters. You can also dilute less, then the taste will be richer
- Store in a dark place and leave the drink to rest for a further 2 days after dilution
Storage: Store at a temperature of no more than 25°C and a relative humidity of no more than 70%. Protect from direct sunlight
