Our ancestors knew about the healing properties of homemade tinctures and regularly prepared this useful and tasty drink, passing down unique recipes from generation to generation.Anisovka has been popular since the 16th century. "Siberian anise" was used for its preparation. Later, tinctures on real European anise appeared. Simple method and a good result in just 15 days!
Preparation:
- Pour the contents of the packet into 2 liters of vodka, or another high-proof drink of 40%
- Add 300 g of sugar, stir until it is completely dissolved
- Keep it in a dark place for 10 days
- Shake once a day during the process
- Then filter the mixture
- Place in a dark place and leave to rest for 5 days
