  • 1 x BARIN Wareniki "Ukrainian" - pasta dumplings with young potatoes and smoked bacon, 750 g (frozen): BARIN Wareniki with a generous filling of mashed potatoes and smoked bacon are prepared according to a traditional Ukrainian recipe that has been passed down from generation to generation.
    Ingredients: potatoes (62%), WHEAT flour, drinking water, onions, EGGS, table salt, HARD WHEAT semolina, 1% pork, bacon, pepper.
    Contains gluten, egg. Without flavor enhancers, colorings and aromas
    Preparation in a saucepan: For 500 g Wareniki, bring approx. 3 l water with 1/2 tsp salt to the boil. Add the frozen Wareniki to the boiling water while stirring. Stir carefully from time to time. As soon as all the Wareniki float to the surface of the water, boil for approx. 3 mins. Then remove the Wareniki with a slotted spoon and serve immediately with a little butter and garnish to taste. Preparation time: approx. 10 mins

    Ingredients: layered cheese (53%), WHEAT flour, drinking water, HARD WHEAT semolina, EGGS, raisins, salt, sugar, yeast.

  • 1 x BARIN Syrniki (quark pancakes), 410 g (frozen): Our syrniki (quark pancakes) are made according to a home recipe, without preservatives or artificial additives, using only natural farmer's quark.
    Ingredients: SKIMMED CURD (75%), sugar, EGGS, WHEAT GREY, WHEAT FLOUR, salt, vanilla extract
    Contains gluten, egg, no flavor enhancers, colorings or aromas
    Preparationin the pan (recommended): Place the frozen syrniki on the pan lightly heated with oil and fry for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown. Turn occasionally. Then fry for a further 2 minutes on each side over a low heat.
    Preparation time: approx. 8 min
Storage: Freezer at -18℃. Once defrosted, do not refreeze. Heat through before eating.
Shelf life: 12 months at -18°C; 21 days at -12°C; 4 days at -6°C
