BARIN GOLUBZI - Cabbage rolls with meat and rice (frozen), 1000 g.
The filling and juicy stuffed cabbage rolls are suitable for family lunch or dinner and even for receiving guests. The filling of fresh beef and pork without flavor enhancers, cooked rice and onions is carefully wrapped in fresh cabbage leaves.
A hearty dish that will not leave anyone hungry!Preparation:
Cooking pot: let golubzi thaw in the refrigerator (about 4 hrs) before preparing. Then place in a saucepan, pour sauce over and bring to the boil. Simmer over low heat for approx. 30 min.
Tip for the sauce: mix 250g crème fraîche with 50 ml water and 100 g ketchup.
