Serving pan on a wooden rack looks stylish and is suitable for preparing various dishes both on the stove and in the oven.The pan is designed for portioned serving of dishes both in professional catering establishments and at home.
Instructions for first use:
- Rinse the dishes under running water and then wipe off the moisture with a cloth / sponge
- Place the dishes on a heating stove to completely remove the moisture
- Put a few drops of oil on the surface of the dishes and cover the entire surface with it
- Once completely cooled , the dishes can be used
- When cooking for the first time, we recommend heating the dishes over a medium heat for approx. 4-5 minutes
Advantages of cast iron:
- due to the high heat retention of cast iron, the serving pan stays hot for a long time and keeps the food warm when serving
- the heat conductivity and even heat distribution (base/walls) ensures gentle frying and an all-round even frying result. You can taste it!

Pay attention!
- It is forbidden to store food in cast iron cookware
- Cast iron cookware is NOT suitable for the dishwasher
- Dry the dishes after washing and cover them with a thin layer of vegetable oil
- It is recommended to store the dishes in a dry, ventilated place
- The shelf life is unlimited
Caution: Corrosion on cast iron crockery is not a defect, but the result of incorrect use!
