Description
Elcon Max Therm heat resistant paint aerosol (silver* up to 700°C), 520 ml.
Elcon Max Therm is a heat-resistant anticorrosive paint for the protective coating of: Heating stoves, heating pipes and radiators, smoke pipes and air ducts, exhaust pipes, boilers and fireplaces, smokehouses and grills, automotive brake calipers and other surfaces exposed to temperatures from -60°C to +700°C* during operation.Properties:
- this paint can be used for painting interior surfaces, as it does not emit toxic fumes
- is resistant to the aggressive environment and does not require pre-priming - before application, the surface only needs to be mechanically cleaned from rust
- can be applied at temperatures as low as -30°C
- the estimated service life - up to 25 years
- thinning of the paint is allowed with the following agents: Elcon R, xylene, toluene up to 10% by weight.
Recommended layer thickness:
- from +700°C to +1200°C - 1 thin layer of 15-30 microns.
- from +300°C to +700°C - 2 thin layers of 30-50 micrometers
- 100°C to +300°C - 2 thick layers of 50-100 micrometers
- Up to +100°C - 3 thick layers of 100-150 micrometers
*Depending on the color of the enamel, the maximum operating temperature is 400-1200°C
Composition: polyorganosiloxane resin, pigments, fillers, aromatic hydrocarbons
Storage: Store the enamel in a tightly closed container and protect it from moisture, heat and direct sunlight. Keep away from fire! Keep out of reach of children.
Precautions:
Painting operations must be carried out in a well-ventilated area.Personal protective equipment: Rubber gloves and respirator mask.
