Ginseng and Honey for Chronic Fatigue

In the fall, many people experience a decline in energy: short daylight hours, increased workload, and vitamin deficiencies lead to chronic fatigue. In traditional folk medicine, ginseng and honey are commonly used to restore energy.
Ginseng is called the "root of life." It helps strengthen the immune system, increases performance, and stimulates the nervous system. Ginseng infusions and decoctions have been used in China and the Far East for centuries as remedies for weakness and overwork.
Infusion recipe
Pour one teaspoon of crushed ginseng root with a glass of boiling water and let it steep for 20 minutes. Drink a quarter of a glass 2-3 times a day in the first half of the day.
Honey is a natural energy booster. It quickly replenishes glucose reserves, nourishes the brain, and strengthens the heart muscle. In combination with ginseng, honey enhances the tonic effect and helps maintain vitality for a longer period.
Mixture recipe
Mix 100 grams of liquid honey with one tablespoon of ginseng powder. Take one teaspoon in the morning and afternoon.
Folk healers believed that ginseng "drives away fatigue," while honey stabilizes the result, keeping the body in tone. In the fall, this combination helps cope with workloads more easily and maintain energy throughout the day.
It is important to note that ginseng has a stimulating effect, so it is better not to take it in the evening to avoid disturbing sleep.
