Handmade from kneading the dough to shaping, using only natural ingredients of the highest quality! Delivered throughout Germany in special thermal packaging.Classic dumplings with minced beef and pork and onions in a tender, thin pastry. These dumplings are a traditional, high-quality dish that is ideal if you want to prepare a quick lunch or family meal in 10 minutes. BARIN pelmeni are juicy, meaty and tasty.
Ingredients: pork (26%), young bull meat (17%), WHEAT flour, drinking water, onions, HARD WHEAT semolina, EGGS, table salt, pepperPreparation: In a saucepan: For 500 grams (2-3 portions) of pelmeni, boil approx. 3 liters of water with 1 teaspoon of salt. Stir the frozen pelmeni into the boiling water. Stir occasionally. As soon as the pelmeni float to the surface, cook for approx. 5 mins. Then remove with a slotted spoon and serve immediately with butter and garnish to taste.
