The CHARMEL Classic meringue cookie is an exquisite treat covered in real dark chocolate. It is made according to a traditional recipe that was developed over half a century ago at the UDARNITSA confectionery factory in Moscow.Charmel Classic Marshmallow in Chocolate combines the delicate lightness of traditional sefir with the full-bodied taste of fine chocolate. It is based on natural apple puree in combination with agar-agar from seaweed, which creates the fine, airy consistency.
The delicate chocolate coating perfectly complements the creamy sweetness of the marshmallow and turns every portion into a little moment of indulgence. This combination of freshness, sweetness and chocolate is perfect as a dessert, with tea or coffee, for festive occasions or as a sophisticated gift.
Ingredients: Sugar, apple puree (apples, preservative sulphur dioxide), syrup, powdered sugar, egg white powder, gelling agent pectin, apple powder, acidity regulators (lactic acid, sodium citrate), flavoring.
