Charmel marshmallow (sefir) with apple flavour is produced according to traditional recipes and is characterized by its airy, delicate consistency. The use of natural apple puree creates a refreshing, slightly sour taste that harmonizes perfectly with the mild sweetness.

Agar-agar from seaweed is used as a gelling agent, which gives the marshmallow its special structure and makes it a light, vegetarian alternative to gelatine. The apple flavor brings freshness and a fruity note to this classic Russian zefir.
