Artisan black bread - a classic of Russian cuisine, made from rye flour and natural rye sourdough.
Its special feature is the addition of rye malt (both fermented and unfermented), which gives it a unique taste and unmistakable aroma.

This bread is a true adornment for any table - filling and full-bodied. Its strong flavor makes it the perfect accompaniment to any meal: breakfast, lunch or dinner. It harmonizes perfectly with butter, fish, caviar, lard or pâtés - or simply on its own!
