National wheat semolina is a high-quality staple food that is characterized by its quick and easy preparation. With a minimal fiber content of just 0.2 %, it is particularly easy to digest and easily digestible. Rich in vegetable protein and starch, this semolina provides a nutritious basis for a variety of dishes. In addition, its lump-free consistency guarantees a perfect result with every preparation.

Intended use: Ideal for sweet and savory dishes.

Preparation recommendation:

For one portion, you need 3 tablespoons of wheat semolina and 1 glass of milk or water.
Add the semolina to cold milk or water and place the pan on the hob.
Bring to the boil, stirring constantly.
Reduce the temperature, add salt and sugar to taste and continue cooking the semolina for 2-3 minutes.
Once cooked, cover the pan and leave the semolina to stand for 5 minutes.
Before serving, you can refine the semolina with butter to taste.

Storage: in a dry place at temperatures between 0°C and 25°C.
