- Add a tablespoon of 9% vinegar and stir well.
- Place clean, boiled eggs (preferably warm) in the solution for 1-2 minutes.
- Remove eggs and leave to dry on paper or cloth.
- Brush eggs with oil or fat to make them shiny.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place at a temperature of no more than 25 °C and a relative humidity of no more than 70 %.
