Recommended as an expectorant for coughs caused by colds and for symptoms of whooping cough, bronchitis and catarrh of the upper airways.Directions for use: For 1 cup (250 ml), take 2 teaspoons, then pour boiling water over it and leave to infuse for 15 minutes.
