suitable for cooking on an open fire with non-stick coating that cannot be damaged.Scope of delivery:
- 1 x cast iron serving wok, Ø 18 cm, H-6 cm
Instructions for first use.
- Rinse the dishes under running water and then wipe off the moisture with a cloth / sponge
- Place the dishes on a heating stove to completely remove the moisture
- Put a few drops of oil on the surface of the dishes and cover the entire surface with it
- Once completely cooled , the dishes can be used
- When cooking for the first time, we recommend heating the dishes over a medium heat for approx. 4-5 minutes
Advantages of cast iron:
- due to the high heat retention of cast iron, the kazan stays hot for a long time and keeps the food warm even when serving
- the heat conductivity and even heat distribution (base/walls) ensure gentle frying and an all-round even frying result. You can taste it!
