Portion pan on a wooden stand looks stylish and is suitable for preparing various dishes both on the stove and in the oven.The pan is designed for portioned serving of dishes both in professional catering establishments and at home.
Scope of delivery:
- 1 x cast iron serving pan oval with wood tray 18 x 10 cm, H-2.5 cm
Instructions for first use.
- Rinse the dishes under running water and then wipe off the moisture with a cloth / sponge
- Place the dishes on a heating stove to remove the moisture completely
- Put a couple of drops of oil on the surface of the dishes and cover the entire surface with it
- When the dishes have cooled down completely, they can be used.
- When cooking for the first time, we recommend heating the dishes over medium heat for about 4-5 minutes.
Advantages of cast iron:
- due to the high heat retention of cast iron, the kazan stays hot for a long time and keeps the food warm even when served
- the heat conductivity and even heat distribution (bottom/walls) ensures gentle frying and an all-round even frying result. You can taste that!
