Instructions for first use:
- Rinsethe dishes under running water and then wipe off the moisture with a cloth / sponge.
- Place the dishes on a heating stove to completely remove the moisture.
- Put a few drops of oil on the surface of the dishes and cover the entire surface with it.
- Once completely cooled, the dishes can be used.
- When cooking for the first time, we recommend heating the dishes on a medium heat for approx. 4-5 minutes.
Advantages of cast iron:
- due to the high heat retention of cast iron, the pan stays hot for a long time and keeps the food warm when serving.
- the heat conductivity and even heat distribution (base/walls) ensures gentle frying and an all-round even frying result. You can taste it!
- Cast iron is extremely energy-saving: the food can be fried even at low heat with low energy consumption.
- Despite other opinions, cast iron is easy to clean and maintain. The more you use it, the better the frying results!
- Durable - grill pan can soak up fats and develop a quality non-stick coating when exposed to high temperatures.
Please note!
- It is harmful to store food in cast iron cookware.
- Cast iron cookware is NOT suitable for the dishwasher.
- Dry the dishes after washing and cover them with a thin layer of vegetable oil.
- It is recommended to store the dishes in a dry, ventilated place.
- The shelf life is unlimited.
Caution: Corrosion on cast iron crockery is not a defect, but the result of incorrect handling!
